Delicious, no-bake Christmas dessert, gingerbread fudge.
Line an 8-inch square pan with non-stick tin foil or lightly-greased regular foil or parchment paper.
Place the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
Heat at 70% power for 90 seconds. Then remove and stir. Heat for an additional 45 seconds at 70% power then let the bowl sit in the microwave for about 3 minutes Remove the bowl and stir until all of the chocolate melts.
Stir in the molasses, spices, and pinch of salt.
Pour the fudge into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly. Refrigerate about 3 hours until firm.
Cut into 16 or 25 squares.
If desired, place royal icing, melted chocolate, or frosting in a decorating bag and pipe designs on top.
