Delicious, 5-ingredient marshmallow fudge with chocolate, marshmallows, and marshmallow fluff.
Prepare a 9-inch or 8-inch (for slightly thicker fudge) pan by lining it with lightly greased parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil. Set aside.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl place the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and marshmallow creme. Microwave for 90 seconds at 70 percent power. Use the residual heat to stir the mixture well until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. If necessary, microwave for additional 15 second intervals.
If you prefer the stove-top instead of the microwave, melt the mixture in the top of a double boiler or in a bowl on top of a saucepan of simmering water.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Gently fold in the marshmallows.
Pour the chocolate marshmallow mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Chill until well set, several hours. Cut into squares.
Chill the mini marshmallows, if you like, before adding so the heat doesn't melt them.
