Pour into a parchment paper or non-stick tin foil lined 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
Heat on high power for 45 seconds.
Remove and stir just until smooth. (If needed heat another 10 seconds.)
Cover the pan with plastic wrap or tin foil and set it aside at room temperature for 8 hours (or overnight) until the fudge firms up.
Cut the fudge 32 pieces.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
If cut into 16 large pieces, as shown in the video, each piece will have 434 calories.
