Use leftover Halloween candy to make this easy, 3-ingredient Reese's Fudge! Chocolate fudge filled with Reese's peanut butter cups.
Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with greased parchment paper or non-stick foil. Set aside.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate chips and frosting. Microwave for 90 seconds at 70 percent power. Stir the mixture very well until smooth.
Stir in the candy. If desired, use extra chopped candy or reserve some of the candy to place on the top of the fudge.
Let the fudge set very well, about 2 hours, before cutting into squares.
You'll need 15 to 20 individual peanut butter cups, a few more if you're using the mini size. For the regular size cups, cut them in quarters. For the mini cups, cut them in half.
If you like, snag a few extra peanut butter cups to stick in the top of the fudge.
Store this Reese's fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 10 days or in the freezer, well wrapped in wax paper or foil in an airtight container, for up to 3 months.
