Line an 8-inch by 8-inch square baking pan with tin foil or parchment paper.
Pour white and peanut butter chips into a microwave-safe mixing bowl.
Heat on high power for 1 minute.
Stir for about 20 seconds.
Heat for 30 more seconds on high power.
Let sit for 3 minutes.
If needed, heat for 15-second increments, stirring after each until melted.
Stir in peanut butter and salt until well combined.
Pour into a lined pan.
Set aside.
Pour the heavy whipping cream into a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat on high power for 30 seconds.
Remove and add the chocolate chips, making sure they are completely covered in cream.
Let the bowl rest in the warm microwave for 3 minutes.
Remove and stir until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle over the peanut butter fudge.
Draw a knife through the fudge to swirl the two layers together.
Cover with tin foil and set aside for about 8 hours until the fudge is firm enough to cut.
Remove fudge from pan and peel off the parchment paper or tin foil.
Cut into 16 slices and serve.
