  • 24 - 28 ounces white chocolate chips * (see note below)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • black food coloring marker
  • 1 pinch salt
If using white confectionery coating chips (no cocoa butter listed in the ingredients) use 24 ounces, if using pure white chocolate (with cocoa butter listed in the ingredients) then use 28 ounces.
  1. Combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.

  2. Heat at 70% power for 90 seconds.

  3. Remove and slowly stir until well combined.

  4. Heat at 70% power for another 15 seconds.

  5. Allow the bowl to rest in the microwave for 3 minutes. 

  6. Remove and stir until melted. 

  7. Cover fudge with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours until firm. 

  8. Scoop out about 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of white chocolate fudge and roll into a ball. 

  9. Flatten into a 2 1/4 inch diameter disk. 

  10. Set on a non-stick surface like a silicone mat or non-stick tin foil. 

  11. Repeat creating approximately 32 fudge disks. 

  12. Start with the first disc you flattened and draw Jack Skellington's face on top using a black food coloring marker. 

  13. Repeat using a variety of facial expressions. 

  14. Let food coloring design dry for at least 1 hour before packaging. 

Recipe Notes

Stove top method: combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk together in a saucepan set over low heat. Stir until 3/4's melted then remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes before stirring until smooth.
