With just 3 ingredients you can make creamy fudge that tastes like Fruity Pebbles cereal. This bright pink fudge is flavored with Fruity Pebbles syrup and is topped with colorful Fruity Pebbles cereal.
If Fruity Pebbles is one of your favorite cereals, you will love this fudge.
When I saw Mrs. Butterworth's Post Fruity Pebbles Syrup at my local Kroger grocery store, I just had to buy a bottle. I had already made delicious maple fudge using syrup and white chocolate and figured this cereal-flavored syrup could be used to make a unique fudge too.
I was truly amazed at how much this syrup tastes like Fruity Pebbles and I know you'll be amazed by the flavor of this fudge.
The bright pink fudge tastes just like the cereal but I thought it would be fun to add some cereal on top of the fudge too. It added even more fruit flavor and it also added a nice crunch.
So, let's make some Fruit Pebbles Fudge.
Ingredients
- Mrs. Butterworth's Post Fruity Pebbles Syrup
- white chocolate chips - I used Nestle Premier White Morsels which are made with palm kernel oil. If you use pure white chocolate made with cocoa butter, you will need to adjust the quantity. Cocoa butter firms up but will remain softer than palm kernel oil so you'll need a higher ratio of white chocolate to syrup. See the recipe card for quantities.
Supplies
- 8-inch or 9-inch square pan
- non-stick tin foil or parchment paper
- microwave-safe mixing bowl
- liquid measuring cup
- silicone spatula
Instructions
Pour 24 ounces of Nestle Premier White Morsels (or 28 ounces of pure white chocolate) into a microwave-safe mixing bowl.
Heat the white chocolate chips on high power for 30-second increments, stirring after each until melted. Do not overheat or it will burn.
Pour ¾ cup of Fruity Pebbles Syrup over the melted white chocolate.
Stir just until incorporated. Do not overmix or the fudge will become greasy.
Line a 9-inch or 8-inch square pan with non-stick tin foil or parchment paper. Pour the fudge into the pan.
Sprinkle ½ cup of Fruity Pebbles cereal over top of the fudge. Set the fudge aside for about 4 hours until firm.
Remove the fudge from the pan and cut into squares.
Storage
Store your Fruity Pebbles Fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
Or wrap the fudge in plastic wrap or wax paper and place it in a zip-top bag or airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months.

Then, remove the pan from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then, stir until melted and smooth.
Store your fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or wrap it in plastic wrap or wax paper and place it in a freezer bag (or airtight container) and freeze it for up to 3 months. To thaw the fudge, remove the bag from the freezer, and let the fudge thaw in the bag on the counter for a few hours. Then, remove it from the bag.
